1. Normal turnaround time is 9 business days.
2. Expedited service surcharges:
   • 7 business days turnaround – 50%
   • 5 business days turnaround – 100%
3. For all samples received after 2:00 p.m., turnaround time begins the next business day. (Business days are Monday – Friday)
4. Corporate volume discounts may apply, please inquire.
5. XRF screening charge is for each “homogeneous material”.
6. Testing and sample preparation based upon BAM methodology plus IEC 62321 draft methodology.
