MRA Laboratories, Inc. is a leading supplier of formulated ceramic dielectric materials and customized technology solutions to the multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) industry. MRA’s product emphasis is on the production of formulated ceramic dielectric materials for multilayer ceramic chip capacitors, electrode inks for MLCC’s, and the production of prototype electronic components including, but not limited to, multilayer high voltage and high temperature capacitors, multilayer ceramic actuators, ceramic sensors, ceramic substrates, and co-fired dual dielectric devices.
MRA has recently
introduced the initial COG and X7R offerings of our very low-fired
(VLF), environmentally friendly line of formulated dielectrics. These
materials are compatible with up to 100% Ag electrode systems and
no compounds of lead, cadmium or bismuth are added when formulating
these delectrics. Our COG dielectrics feature
the highest Q of the commercially available low-fire NPO materials.
Our series of very low-fire X7R dielectrics feature
dielectric constants up to 3500 with the highest breakdown strength
available on the market.
Both classes of dielectric materials provide an excellent choice for today’s demanding high frequency and high voltage specialty capacitor applications. Each is compatible with a wide range of dispersants and binder systems. Custom shrinkage-matched electrode inks are available for order with these and our other formulated dielectric products.
